The new ACTJ executive is endeavouring to make improvements that account for quality and ethical practices. Access, constructive dialogue, greater transparency, and a revised constitution are critical to realizing those aims. In the past, information on scholarships and grants was not always made readily available to all members and prospective members alike. This page is one indication of our commitment to achieving such.

We are pleased to announce the following:

Canada-Japan Leadership Fund

This year Canada has started a new scholarship program called the Canada-Japan Leadership Fund, and it is designed to encourage Japanese students to study in Canada with financial support for both university courses and language courses (therefore reaching a broad group of potential applicants).
